Your practice data should stay yours.

MockTrack stores the email and account details needed for authentication, plus information you choose to enter: mock-test answers, dates, scores, notes, topics, mistake categories, testing conditions, goals, official contest results, timed-attempt deadlines, legacy assistance status, saved prediction history, and AI chats you choose to start.

Authentication cookies keep you signed in. Your theme preference is stored in your browser. Unsaved manual-log recovery is stored on that device, scoped to your account, for up to seven days. Recovery copies are cleared after saving, discarding, signing out, or deleting your account. Short-lived, account-keyed request counters protect the service from abusive traffic. Hosting logs receive structured error event names and route templates, but MockTrack's error records intentionally omit account IDs, exception text, stacks, secrets, and student free text.

Avoid putting unnecessary personal or sensitive information in free-text notes.

MockTrack no longer offers new paid plans. If you started a subscription before that change, Stripe still processes its payment details until it is canceled. MockTrack does not receive or store full card numbers. It retains the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, status, dates, cancellation state, and minimum billing-event history needed to manage that older subscription safely.

Stripe may retain transaction and invoice records as required for payment, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, and legal purposes. Stripe's handling of payment data is also governed by its own privacy notice.

If you use an AI helper, MockTrack sends the chat context and, for the tutor, the selected verified question-bank entry to OpenAI to generate that response. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default. Its default abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days. See OpenAI's API data controls.

MockTrack sends requests to OpenAI with provider storage disabled and a one-way hashed safety identifier. After a complete response, the conversation is saved privately to your MockTrack account in Supabase so you can revisit it; you can delete individual saved chats. MockTrack also stores usage metadata: feature, model, plan at request time, allowance period, request status, token counts, estimated cost, and time. A locally selected exam PDF stays on your device and is never uploaded.

AI output may be inaccurate. The outlook helper receives server-computed numbers and may explain them, but it is not allowed to create a replacement prediction or official qualification probability.

Your data is used to save your history, build personal review queues and analytics, and create clearly labeled score estimates. Hosting and database providers, including Supabase, process data as needed to operate and secure the service.

Score outlooks are educational estimates. They are not official contest results, qualification decisions, admissions advice, or guarantees.

Shared model research is disabled for this launch. Personal analytics and score outlooks still work because they use your own account history and do not require research participation.

Account settings includes an optional research-sharing switch that records whether you permit future de-identified, aggregate model research. You can change it at any time. No account is eligible unless that switch is on, and the preparation pipeline is designed to remove account identifiers and free text from eligible research data.

Account settings provides a JSON export containing account and profile information, mocks and review items, study plans and coaching-practice progress, goals and official results, prediction logs, saved AI chats, AI usage metadata, and a current billing-status summary. Stripe's separate transaction and invoice records are not part of that MockTrack export.

You can also permanently delete your account from Account settings. If the account has Stripe billing, MockTrack first cancels future subscription charges and then deletes the connected account data, saved chats, timed attempts, subscription mirror, and AI usage ledger through database cascades. Stripe may still retain legally required transaction records. Account data is otherwise retained while the account is active or as needed for security and legal obligations.

MockTrack uses access controls and encrypted provider connections, but no online service can promise absolute security. Use a strong, unique password and protect access to your email account.

Math-competition participants may be minors. A parent, guardian, school, or other responsible adult should approve use when local rules require it. Do not use MockTrack to submit a child's address, school records, or other information unrelated to practice tracking.
