Educational purpose
MockTrack helps users organize practice and reflect on performance. Analytics, historical comparisons, ranges, and predictions may be incomplete or wrong. Do not treat them as official scores, award determinations, eligibility decisions, or guarantees of future performance.
AI tutor and outlook responses can also be incomplete or wrong. Check the reasoning yourself. The tutor is a study aid, not a substitute for contest rules, instruction, or professional advice.
Your account and content
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for the practice data and notes entered through your account and should only upload information you are permitted to use.
You can download the JSON data export described in the Privacy notice or permanently delete the account through Account settings.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another person's data, bypass security, AI quotas, or rate limits, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, introduce malicious code, or use the product for unlawful activity. Access may be limited or removed when needed to protect users or the service.
AI assistance is unavailable during every live timed attempt. The Study Coach becomes available only after the attempt is submitted.
Free access and previous subscriptions
MockTrack no longer offers new paid subscriptions. Every current learning feature is available without purchasing a plan.
If you started a Stripe subscription before this change, it may continue renewing until you cancel it through Account settings and Stripe's hosted billing portal. Product access no longer depends on that subscription. The portal shows the controlling renewal date, price, and cancellation state.
Except where required by law or stated in a separate refund policy at purchase, canceling does not automatically refund a completed billing period. Contact the site operator promptly about an incorrect or unauthorized charge.
AI allowances
Every account currently has a personal limit of up to 200 AI responses per UTC calendar month, subject to shared service capacity. When the monthly service budget is reached, AI pauses while practice, review, analytics, and saved plans remain usable. Analytics Coach, Review Tutor, and Study Planner use the same allowance. Requests rejected before a response starts do not count; once streaming starts, the message counts even if you navigate away. Unused messages do not roll over, and limits may be adjusted for future calendar months with clear notice.
Complete AI conversations may be saved privately to your account so you can revisit them. Opening, saving, or deleting a chat does not use an AI response; a newly generated response counts once streaming starts, as described above.
Competition names and materials
AMC and AIME names identify the competitions users practice for. MockTrack is an independent study tracker and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the Mathematical Association of America. Users remain responsible for following contest rules and respecting rights in problem materials.
For supported released practice papers, MockTrack may render native transcriptions of questions, answer choices, and localized diagrams, and links to official paper sources. It does not reproduce official solution text. Only upload or paste additional material you are permitted to use, and never use the tutor during an active official competition.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience downtime, or discontinue features. Important changes to these terms or the privacy notice should be reflected on the public policy pages with a new update date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
